I can verify this is correct. As for my installation video, just follow every step except for installing Andro-id_signed_v3.3-rc2.zip - just skip that step and install ideosX6_DooMKernel-v01.zip

P.S. I will say that uing the ROM I installed (The GSM one that wouldn't let me use 3G), I got WAYYYY better performance! At 1.4 Ghz I got a 2600 on Quadrant. With this, I am only getting around 1400 at 1.4 Ghz
P.S.S. I set it to 1.5 Ghz and got a score of 2100
Look at the Twisted testing kernel for Triumph thread. Test 14 is working great on mine!
At 1.9GHz set on scary governor:
Linpack = 59.838
Quadrant = 2,491

I had to load id 3.3 or rom wouldnt load. I get no 3g anyadvice or help please i would love to use this rom everyday
Huh? It was explained above this ROM is a GSM ROM and Triumph is a CDMA phone. Radios are different. Only 1x works on this ROM (NO 3G!!!!). So I have no idea why you installed this. Hopefully you have a nandroid backup, or find one on the forums to restore to. There is no support for this ROM on Triumph. CM7 is the only work in progress ROM...and those guys are trying to figure out the radio issues and porting gingerbread. Yea...

What they are referring to as working is the umph kernel (formerly twisted kernel) that has been cooked up for the triumph. They started talking about it late thread.
Yea...wifi and 3G are working on Umph (formerly Twisted kernel); not the ROM that the guy I replied to was talking about. 2 COMPLETELY different things. The problem is that minus5252 posted videos of the ROM and installed the ROM with the doomlord kernel. So I guess some people installed the ROM. However, 3G is not working in the ROM, and doomlord's kernel and ROM are meant for the Ideos x6, a GSM phone.
So, in short, if you install the ROM, no 3G and who knows what else. It's unsupported on the Triumph. Wait for CM7...

Where the hell did you get that? Because the kernel file is 3mb so that's not a rom.
I believe technically a rom constitutes a kernel and an "os" in one install package. This would simply be a kernel replacement
