Root Overclocking Limit?

Thanks got the speed kernel and it worked... but I don't know y it worked before I can't download googel maps say my phone is not supported.

If you can't figure it out, you can always reflash the ROM, then make sure you have the stuff downloaded you need, then flash the kernel.
 
I wanted to see how stable my phone was, and I was surprised that I can not only run multiple benchmarks at 2GHz without overheating or FCs, but I can use it daily like that.

the battery drains noticeably faster though, and nothing really runs "faster"

1GHz is plenty fast for most apps.

Ill set it to 2GHz to show off. like to the girl at the Verizon booth at the mall who thought her phone had the fastest cpu she saw yet. hahaha

but for daily use i keep it at 1GHz and after 40% battery it stays under 652.

im still surprised its stable at 2GHz though. pretty cool, thats a massive overclock
 
I did the same thing to test out how it would perform at 2ghz,The phone usually rebooted after about five minutes but I noticed the biggest improvement in the web browser because the pages would load much faster on wi fi and 3g,Pinch to zoom was also alot smoother.I also saw a good increase of speed in the ui itself
