Root Overclocking question

I was wondering if someone could refresh my memory isnt there a program that will set a per app based profile. say for instance i was to run nook at cfg=300-800 conservative but automaticly change that to 800-1200 performance when starting Fpse or SNes and then automaticly change it back?

I thought it was setpcpu but i installed and alas no per app profiles

Never heard of a "per app" based profile. I've only seen for things like: Screen off, temperature, charging, in call, etc.
