Root overclocking?

is it possible to overclock the galaxy prevail after rooting it with setCPU? I wanted to be able to do this to OC to 1 GHz and run nds4droid on the phone. Another side question I had.. can the phone run java applets (like runescape for example)? Thanks

no, not yet. i think they need to compie the stock samsung kernel first....at east i think thats what i remember hearing. if you install shabby or hroarks kernel then use link2sd, sd booster and the v6 superchrger script you will see a HUGe increase in performance though. its the next best thing for now.
