Overheating Droid x2 Article

Really interesting article! I noticed mine gets pretty hot sometimes too, but I have never had it shut down on me, I wonder what Verizon might do if enough people complain about it. Thanks for sharing.
 
Mine gets really, really hot when I'm doing pretty much anything. If you want a test just go around your home screens and configure them around, change settings, etc. I can add a widget, move things, change GO Launcher EX settings mine will jump from 70* to 90*.

Its pretty ridiculous, I hope Verizon/Moto has a response to this.
 
I had a DX2 and it got that hot and each time, seemed triggered by Flash 10.3.

The Inc and the Revolution also get that hot, but their plastic insulates the heat, so do not seem as hot. Yes, I have mentioned this already- a few times.

I still say the Tegra 2 is not the issue, but the firmware is.
