Help Overseas charge when buying apps?

Hi, I've bought many apps, but have never seen that. Didn't do anything to avoid it either. Is it a bank fee perhaps?
 
Same here, bought many from abroad but never been charged. I know my bank do not charge for oversea's transactions though.
 
Yeah my bank do the same, which is really annoying!

I think you can usually speak to your bank and ask them about alternatives, if you are someone that does do a lot of overseas transactions they have special accounts that you may pay a small monthly fee for but it saves on the charges. I'm sure Lloyds TSB have one that's
