SOLVED, used root explorer. Thanks
Quick question, I pushed the old droid root animation a few weeks ago. However when I try to replace the old animation with the Droid X animation, it doesn't change. I installed the old one prior to root so is there something other that I need to do? Im just pushing the bootanimation and mp3 to /data/local.
