Help ow much power should the dialer use?

How much power does a dialer use? Battery usage shows my DHD's dialer is using 20% of power, the display using 22% and voice calls using 28%.
 
I don't know if it's a bug, but dialer will always be amongst the top of the usage stats. For some reason, it doesn't really have any detrimental effect on your battery life, despite the way it looks.

It doesn't just relate to the actual dialer app, but it's connected to the proximity sensor and the light sensor the phone uses to calculate screen brightness.
