P041 Fake or New ?

I found this thread from another forum about P041 model like the one I have got from Aliexpress.com. I sold that tablet to my friend yesterday and today found this thread . With my English I'm not clearly understand what they say about this model. But I will hold my plan to order new Facepad from Chinagrabber for now. Follow this news before choosing which model to order again.

I've read on a couple forums they are a legit release and they are upgradeable although given the broken English style it might be the same person posting they are upgradeable.

I think with any release that has a model change you might have to wait for a compatible new custom rom.

I search on google and someone say they got P041 from Chinagrabber

I have the IBEX Facepad from ChinaGrabber, received on July21. It is the P041 model. It does work pretty good, straight from the box. The Netflix app, the colors are a bit off tho.

I also have a Nexus S 4G, it plays great on there.. I'm not sure who makes the Netflix app. Looks like it comes from Netflix?
