Root pa 390 and thethering

I updated to pa 390 4.3 and i tried to thether but it won't let me does anyone else has this problem? Is there any fix ? I'm on T-Mobile
 
Wish I could tell you. I'm on Stock Android 4.3 and not having that problem.

Hopefully someone has a better answer. Just wanted to stop in so this wouldn't get neglected.
