Help Package file is invalid error !! could it be to titanium?

hi guys

Im having this error after flashing my galaxy s2 with villainrom, i already tried other two roms with same results, i dont know what is going on, could it be that im using Titanium Backup? i could download apps just fine but after using titanium to restore my apps from previous sessions im getting this error

what can i done?

FIXED

Im using SET DNS and and for that STATIC IP was ON so i removed the checkmark and i was able to download "like a boss"
