I think you're asking how to allow you to install applications outside of the Google Play Store?
To do this, you'll have to go into your Settings app -> Security -> Unknown sources (change from unchecked/disabled to checked/enabled).
Be aware that doing this means that you are taking more responsibility about the nature and veracity of the apps you are choosing to install, so be careful where you're getting your apps from.
