my bank blocks purchases to britian, france, etc. do to there being to many frauds in that area. i had no idea until i tried to purchase an app. that paid out to those areas and called the bank.
i can, of course, buy us ones just fine.

The reason you wont make lots of money from this is because many are hacking this apps and making them free, so its better to sell this app ASAP

WTF? ROFL this whole thread makes no sense.

If there is a problem buying apps with a credit card you may just have to re enter the credit card information in your Google account. I had to do this for an app from a UK publisher. Strange but it worked.
