Help Pairing Issues with Jawbone Era

I am having issues pairing my Jawbone Era bluetooth headset with my Gnex. The Gnex doesn't seem to recognize the Era as a device. The phone does recognize the bluetooth system in my car and I can pair with that so I'm thinking it may be something specific with the Era. Anyone else having issues with the Gnex recognizing bluetooth devices? Any advice would be appreciated.

I am also having issues with the Era and my Gnex. I have left posts on Jawbone's site but still haven't seen any public response from them.

Its been a nightmare. I have called Jawbone tech support 4 times trying to get it resolved. I had to to do all kinds of strange things on the Era to get it to work. First was a soft reboot, then a master reset. This involved a series a hitting the talk buttons 6 times super fast, waiting for a certain lights and then it worked fine. I forget the exact sequence so just call and they will walk you through it. Now it works fine!

Oh yeah, the tech guys all said the Gnex is their dream phone.

Thanks for the info! After a few days of not figuring anything out, I broke down and bought the Samsung HM7000. Really happy with it. I guess I can try the master reset and return the HM7000, but I'm not sure if I want to switch back at this point.
