Help Palm motion not working for screen capture

Palm motion is not working for screen capture, i had try reset n chg the setup but no luck. Any idea why? Pls help

Firstly, and not as obvious as it reads, is it switched on ?

Menu (left softkey)>Settings>Controls>Palm motion>Capture screen.

I find it very difficult to do too; much easier to press home and power key at the same time.

Yes, it is on already. But didnt work

another way to get the screen captured is to use the pen and Air Command and select screen write. work every time

Are you using a live wallpaper? I've noticed mine doesn't work either, I'm using one of the Parallax live wallpapers...I think that's a problem. For now, I'm ok with using the spen, just pull it out and press the nib anywhere on the screen for at least a second.
