Palm to Droid

I have been using Palm Treo for years and have my life on the Palm desktop and Treo. I am thinking of buying new. I am with Verizon and when I mention importing EVERYTHING to new phone I get this big question mark in the middle of their face.

Is Droid the answer and how do I import data to it???
