Why can't I get these to show up?

You need to change from Swipe to a higher level of security on your lock screen. It doesn't work with Swipe. Also at least on 4.0.4 it's only temporary that is it will show up when pandora is running but it's not a permanent fixture. I hear that with Jellybean 4,2 you can add a pandora lock screen widget that would be permanent.

Go locker or the alike should be efficient enough

Read through some of the comments under the article you linked to BlueIce5249. Problems with the Samsung version of Swipe were reported. I ran across several other such reports while researching your problem.

I think it is the Touchwiz interface keeping it from working on Swipe unlock with the ripple effect.

Seems to be a problem with Touchwiz in general, I dont use the ripple.

I can't get Pandora lock screen controls working with widgetlocker. What am I doing wrong? Had anyone gotten it to work with widgetlocker?
