Help pantech burst how to... im slow

You can do it via your computer.
Just plug in your phone to your computer using a usb cord and just copy and paste your music folders from your SD card to your external SD card.

Or you can download a file manager (I use File Expert), locate the folder which has all your music, and copy and paste it to your external SD card.
