Root paranoid android new

I'm on it now and as far as I can tell torch, 4g, camera and capacitive button lights are all broken. Still a fairly smooth ROM however.
 
hmmm, i assumed everyone knew but dt 2.2 has an option to go paranoid, it works wonderfully stable too. but im glad too see more paranoid development.
 
Man PA on the Evo? Awesome! I run PA on my Nexus7 tablet and it is niiiiice! Can't wait to try this out once the bugs are worked out.

flashing buttered toast kernel will fix any video playback and cam issues you may have... PA camera should be working...

here is a link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1927837 it does say sense but the kernel is now optimized for both so the download for sense will work for aosp...

I just flashed PA with buttered toast kernel, camera is working but only stock camera.

Instagram camera or other cam apps, won't work, atleast on mines.

thats kinda wierd... i would check up on that.. but im back to midnight s till they get 4g going...

Midnight sense less FTW. As soon as 4g is fixed I will be on aokp, I like all the unicorns and sparkle shit. Lol PA is wicked sick but this screen is to small imo. I have it running on my nook. I'd perfect for any 7" tablet.

the screen is too small but i'm not necessarily going to use tablet mode... for now its just a very stable rom thats got alot going for it... but dont get me wrong... ill spend tons of time playing with the modes.. but there is a regular mode for those who just want that jellybean deliciousness.. also, Lens_flare has confirmed a new version coming soon with beats and other goodies...
 
I installed this rom yesterday and really like it. The only app that are in tablet mode are the default ones like Gmail and settings, and that is perfect for me. I love the Gmail in tablet mode.

I'll have to flash the butter kernel or whatever for camera but it's really smooth. I can live without mms, if I get a msg I just swap to a sense backup.

uh, if you get a message while on one rom it's not going to appear if you switch to another one. That is, unless you're going to backup your messages and restore them to the other rom, and even then I'm not sure if that works with MMS.

-Fixed Storage Mount Notification issue?
-Bunch of more features
-Added Beats (thanks rockodev)
-Fixed MMS
-Fixed Many little minor bugs
-Worked on data issues (drops, etc.)
-Decent Upgrade Overall, should be many bug fixes and also extras PA wis

Fixed MMS... but that's only for Sprint, no?
