Parental Controls

First off would like to say Hello to everyone, I hope I am in the correct place.

Now I am not a tech guy at all. I am looking for some direction and assistance. I am looking to import tablet PCs running on Android, but I would like add Parental controls to the base OS. Some of the changes I would like to make are:

time limit setting
blocking certain actives or areas of the tablet
access to proprietary app store or google play.

Any information or direction is greatly appreciated.

perhaps if you could give us a bit more detail on the tablets your looking to get. don't need to know the brand name but some information like:

Will the tablets be wifi only? if so then you can tell your router what time to start up and shutdown the internet for those devices. (do this for my daughters lap top) that would take care of the first issue.

as far as physically blocking certain things on the tablet I'm not sure about maybe someone can offer an app that will do what you wish there
