I will go on record.. I am Vietnamese.. I was 5 yrs old during the Vietnam fall.
NO.. NOT EVERYONE WAS THE ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!

it was a civil war of sorts in Vietnam .. North vs South. there where Vietnamese of both sides of the fight.
I understand.. it was hard to tell who was on your side... because it was all Asians.

it don't make it right to ... kill them all and let GOD sort it out!

so now that ISIS is able to brain wash a few WHITE kids in USA... you think it would be OK.. to mow then all down?
or even a group of WHITE kids that might belong to a stereo type that is easy to brainwash.. we should send them to GOD for sorting???

I understand the anger at these extremist .. evil people. I want to shove a grenade up their ass.. and watch them pop.
Quick death is too easy for them.

For the little knowledge I have of Vietnam war, but these kids killing people was on their own soil, but different to this one!

I didn't say that all Vietnamese were bad, we couldn't trust them because we didn't know who the bad ones were, until it was too late. Muslims who know who the bad ones are, and keep quiet about it, are just as guilty as the ones who pull the triggers. As for Vietnam, we trusted your people when we first got over there. Then they started laying punji traps, and tried to ambush us. Not all Vietnamese were bad, that's true, but as you said, they were all Asians to us. Yes, i'm very bitter. Every time i go to that Wall in D.C., i see my friends, who are still eighteen and nineteen. I became old, but they never had a chance to, thanks to victor charlie.:mad:

OK, now what are you talking about, Vietnam or the Muslim Extremists? There were innocent Vietnamese, and there are innocent Muslims. What i'm saying is...If you know who the bad guys are, and do nothing or say nothing, then you are just as guilty as the bad guys. There is collateral damage in every war, it's just a fact of life, and death. Sometimes, the innocent get punished along with the guilty. America dropped two Atomic Bombs on Japan to end WWII. If we had tried to take Japan by force, the estimates were that America would have lost a minimum of 100,ooo troops. We knew that there were a lot of civilians in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but the good outweighed the bad. That's collateral damage. There was a lot of that in Vietnam, but you were probably too young to remember much.:rolleyes:

The issue of Islamic State possessing nuclear weapons would have implications for the conflict in Syria as President Barack Obama has specifically designated the scenario as one that would necessitate the involvement of U.S. ground troops. U.S. officials, however, have maintained that there is no indication that ISIS could easily obtain such a weapon...​

I want to think that if they did have such weaponry, they wouldn't be wasting their time shooting up concert halls... a disgusting thing to think, either way.

Yep, they'd save it for US. And definitely not gonna be hard for them to get from Iran being as they own virtually everywhere else.

You simply can't drop a nuclear bomb on a country that isn't in war with your country. The ISIS has neither country nor government, it's an international terrorist organization, that's why you can't use non conventional weapons against them. Nuclear powers like the US, France, Russia must respect international regulations when it comes to nuclear weapons or the world will end very soon.

So.. What: we gotta wait till they drop 'em on us before we go "darn, maybe we shouldn't have waited..?" Also, do you REALLY think anyone in UN will even drop a Big Boy without consultation between themselves? We've already figured out that Obama is too scared to do anything useful at the moment, he just wants out & make it someone else's problem. The point is, ISIS needs the reality check as to what isn't acceptable in a civilized world and shut down or we may lose the whole world before ppl recognize the seriousness.
 
The solution is quite simple, an international infantry force must be deployed to eradicate the ISIS. No war has been won without infantry's participation.
 
Born ten years after the two bombs, having to duck and cover as a kid, hearing over and over about some other country with the next nuke... glad and surprised it hasn't happened. But if ones goes off, I suppose they all will.

You Sir, are delusional. We are at war. We are at war with ISIS, no matter where they are. Their strength, is that we have become weak. The French are doing the right thing, but they are only one small country. This whole problem was brought to a boil by ISIS, because AMERICA has become the PC capital of the world. Right now, if a member of ISIS kills a bunch of people in America, and then goes and hides in one of our many "sanctuary cities", there are a battery of liberal lawyers ready to defend him, when law enforcement goes in, and tries to arrest him. Unless we act, and act out of strength, there will be another "9/11" for sure. ISIS is not stupid. They know that the next administration will not be terrorist friendly, so they will act soon. My God, the President will not even call it what it is...Islamic Terrorism. That term does NOT mean that all Muslims are terrorists. Our President was born into, and raised in that religion, and he knows that. We need to act with force, and follow the lead of the French. If we could get a large percentage of ISIS fighters in one area, i would happily drop "the bomb" on them, and still sleep like a baby. We have to change our strategy. To quote some of my Jewish friends...How many Jews would Hitler have been able to kill, if every one of them had a gun? You Sir, have the right of your opinion, and i fought for you to keep that right.:mad:

dropping a nuke on Japan.. most of the world was at war with ALL of Japan.

Vietnam.. only at war with the half of Vietnam. some were on our side.

ISIS is within a country that is NOT a whole on their side. Some of them are stuck there.
Dropping a NUKE on the ISIS camp.. I do NOT know of any nukes that are that containable.
the collateral damage is huge! and long lastings.. I would guess there will be more innocent harmed than ISIS.

example: using a grenade to kill 1 bad guy in a busy restaurant. yes.. you got the bad guy!
but in the process.. I would label you a mass murderer.
