Partial Wakelock:Android-system, keeps phone awake!

Recently I've found that Wakelock:Android-system is keeping my phone awake a very long time, about 25%, using Spare Parts to see it, in partial wake time.

I've found out that the problem disappears if I turn off "Use Wireless Networks" for location.

What is causing this problem? Is it the phone itself, or an app doing this? Nothing else is out of the ordinary on Spare Parts, I've tried killing all the apps, re-installing some of them, and deleting the apps I recently got.

Is there some way I can find out what is causing this?

My phone is the HTC Desire, and my ROM is: Leedroid 2.5.0.

Sounds you may have something location-aware that's syncing frequently. Have you just started using a new weather widget or something similar?

No, I've used "Snowstorm" for a very long time. That was one of my ideas as well, so I've deleted it and re-installed it. Maybe I should delete and keep it deleted, to test?

I found the culprit. I did two things at once to see if it would help:

1. Logged of google latitude
2. Changed Wifi policy to "after 15 min". It was set to "never when connected".

It was probably latitude, it makes sense, but I've never had this problem before. I've been logged into latitude lots of times, without this happening.
