Root Partition problem need help

I was trying to use the link2sd app to move apps to sd card. I copied the entire card to a back up file on my pc then created the partition. After making the aprtition I copied the b/u to the sd card. Now I can't access the 3gb I copied anymore. Although it shows up when looking at the sd card from apps manager I can't use it. I've now lost 3gb of data. How can I reclaim the entire card including my original files that were copied?

I can't do a CWM restore because the files are not showing up.

Plug the sd card into your computer and format using fat32(This will wipe all data). After its formatted put your sd card files back on the card. Plug it into your phone and it should good.
