I work for a grocery store and a customer returned a proscan 7" tablet cause it didn't work I think they put a pass code on it without knowing is there any way to reset the tablet? Don't know customers info for google

I've found several methods for proscan tablets, but i don't know which ... or if they will work for you.

--power off device, now its off
--hold and press volume up(+) and power button
--wait until it vibrates then release only POWER BUTTON
--after release POWER BUTTON, slide the screen rotation lock switch to the right side then left
--now your in black screen you will see a erasing user data
--then delete cache and data
--done restart phone

or

1. Look for the reset hole on the sides of the device.
2. Poke the hole for 5 sec. using a paper clip or a pen.
3. The device will reset.

or

1. Power off the device.
2. Press and Hold Volume down and Power button at the same time till you see the recovery screen.
3. Use volume down and select Wipe data/factory reset.
4. Press power button to accept.
5. Use Volume down and select YES.
6. Press power button to accept.
7. Press Power button to select Reboot after the reset.

My children has locked my tablet. The google account I put in isnt correct. I tried both methods above. My tablet doesnt have volume keys. Any other methods?
