Hi Forum,
I have a Samsung note which is encrypted with a password. I am running the latest OS.
My problem is as follows:
When i open my phone, the default language has changed from English to Cyrillic. My password is in English so i cannot enter it. If i restart my phone, I have to enter my password twice. In the first instance, the default language is English (so no problems) but then i have to enter it again. This is where the default language is Cyrillic.
What do i do??
On the first password page, i can select options including which default languages i require. On the second .... no such luck.
I have turned it off/on, tried the pen etc
