Password problem

I bought a tablet of a local company ,i used difficult patterns for unlocking,i forget the pattern because i have 3 more android phones.

i tried various ways,even if the wi fi was on i am able to unlock but it is off.Could any one have idea to unlock the tablet???

Keep entering an incorrect pattern until you get the warning popup, then tap "Next" to take you to a screen that allows login using other security information, like your Google account login for example.

There is no wi fi activated in that means no gmail account..Any other way like routing ?? ?etcc

It doesn't prompt you with an option to factory reset?
Also, what tablet do you have?

The best option now might be to see if it has any kind of recovery mode, where you might be able to do a factory reset to defaults. Recovery is often done by holding down a combination of two buttons, like volume and power, at the same time. The exact combination varies by manufacturer.

Yes, that is essentially what the factory reset achieves. It can only be done from within Settings, which is obviously impossible locked, or recovery mode (if available).
