Pattern Lock disabled fix

if your pattern lock is disabled (greyed out) and under device administrators you have an exchange policy and want to use pattern lock you will need to follow steps below to fix.

1. Factory reset by going to settings, privacy, factory data reset
2. after reset, activate
3. setup any email accounts EXCEPT EXCHANGE
4. again, do not setup exchange
5. finish setup and you should now be able to go to pattern lock and enable it.
6. you can now setup exchange.
