Help Paypal won't let me login.

I've just updated my phone to 2.3 using the HTC RUU that came out yesterday and I'm just re installing all my apps when I've run into a problem. After installing PayPal i can't login because i can't put a + in front of my number, it won't let me do it with either the swype keyboard or the standard one.

Any idea's anyone?
