Help PC not seeing internal phone memory anymore + weird error box

A while back I renamed both drives so it was easy to tell them apart and for the longest time I've always seen both without a problem. I've always properly ejected before removing the USB cable as well. I need to retrieve a video that saved to /mnt/emmc somehow and that's internal, but the PC isn't seeing the internal memory anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled HTC Sync for the drivers, but that didn't make a difference. I come from the Blackberry World so these sorts of issues are common and I can fix them easily on a BB...but this Android is getting on my nerves in this case.

Edit: I just unmounted the SD card and plugged back into USB. Disk Drive is no longer an option on the phone. All I have is Charge Only, etc...and I get this error pop up on the pc screen and all I can select is cancel to get rid of it. Sumting wong...pls HALP!

Are you able to see the internal memory with a file manager from the market, like astro ?

It must've been my ROM. I loaded a backup from the other day that was from a different ROM and the drive is showing now...so yays
