hi all, 1st post be gentle lol

just upgraded finally to a htc wildfire s, i had an xp10 mini pro before.

is there any software like the sony pc companion and others where i can control the phone from my desktop? the htc software is very very basic and the wildfire cant seem to connect to it without the usb anyway?

i used my old phone with my pc a lot and miss sending texts the most but i did use the software to keep my files, contacts etc tidy

loving my new phone but miss the old interface.

any software out there, 3rd party?

thanks

You could try MyPhoneExplorer from the Android Market. It can connect by Wifi, Bluetooth and USB and I'm fairly sure you can text from a PC with it. It also does syncing better than the HTC software.

wow! thats the main one i used on last phone, what made me think it was only for the old phone i dont know, DOH!

thanks m8!
