Root pc suite

[snowy2]

now this is going to sound daft but i just cannot seem to get a pc suite to install on my laptop for the OX2, where do i get a reliable one from?
I have just got an unlocked X2 and want to install some new roms on it (like i have done with my HTC Hero)

You don't need PC suite to install new ROMs, you need ClockworkMod recovery.

I am aware of that, its just my phone is also my internet connection for my pc and i cannot get them to talk to each other, so downloading roms and getting them onto my phone with out using memory cards is .....er tricky.
