PdaNet Reinstall Problem

After updating to 2.1 and reinstalling PdaNet everything works fine.
The only problem is that the on/off toggle button with the green lights is now missing that used to be on one of my screens. Does anyone know how I can get this back?

Right now I have to open up the application and select USB tethering to get it working.

That is the widget, and should be available to add it to a screen in the usual way. It worked for me.

Add like you did for the app, only select Widget instead of Program.
