Help PDAnet

For some reason I can't get PDAnet to work with the Incredible. When I am installing PDAnet to my laptop, and it asks me to plug my phone in, nothing happens. Actually, the phone asks me what type of connection I want (charging only, Disk Drive, etc). Anybody have any tips? Thanks.

yes, but data will time out while on call and resume when call is done.
