I went online to check the rates at a local golf course, had to download it to sd card because they have it as a pdf file, no problems. I decided that i would send this file to a friend, wanted to send it via text, couldn't figure it out, then tried to send it as an email couldn't figure that out either. There must be a way to do this, or maybe I need a app that I don't know about. Any help would be great, Thanks

I just sent myself an email on my phone with a PDF attachement from my SD card. I did it with Astro File Manager.
Go to your gmail and compose a message. Hit menu. Choose Attach. Select Astro when it asks you to Select a type of attachment. When the window opens, it will automatically open to the folder on the card with pictures, but if you hit the back softkey you can get to the card contents and locate the PDF file to attach it.

Can't you just use the stock PDF app that came with the phone and then menu for sending the file?
