Help Pebble charger problems again

Hi all

Since getting my pebble at the back end of last year, I have had to have 3 replacement HTC adaptors. The pebble quality is great, but the adaptor just isnt upto the job. When on the move, it gets bent really easy because of the poor fit. I have emailed them again for another replacement but I wondered if there was a better quality encoded cable or at least a better HTC adaptor available? I bought it for use with naviagation apps when cycling or hiking. It aint up to the Job!

Cheers

As you know, with a standard USB cable your phone can't enough charge when GPS running.
So you will need a coded USB to microUSB cable for charging "AC"=1000mA.
Such a coded cable comes seperatly with the HTC car charger CC200.

By the way: With my 'JustMobile Gum Pro' mobile charger, I can use every standard USB to microUSB cable to charge my Desire HD with "AC".

No, HTC sells charger and cable only together.

But this car charger is coded itself too.
So it also can be used with with a standard USB cable to charge "AC".

I had the same issue, but I had a mini-micro USB adapter from something else. I just shoved that on the end of the Pebble's mini USB adapter. Not exactly elegant but it works.

Just ordered one of these:

HTC CC C200 - eBay Seems a bit cheap, but will report back on quality and, most importantly, charging current...
