People app stuck in endless loop

List of things I did:

- Rooted using latest version of unrevoked
- Backed up SMS using SMS backup restore
- Did a full titanium backup
- Did a nandroid backup
- partitioned SD card using rom manager to 512mb, then 256mb
- Did a full wipe
- Removed sig verification
- Flashed this rom
[ROM][newSense][04/01]DHD Rom Port by baadnwz v1.7b STABLE|SUPER FAST|1.72 Base - xda-developers
-Restored all my data with titanium and sms restore

Now, after rebooting my phone twice, the people app is stuck on an infinite loop and just doesn't show contacts

Edit: I forgot to mention that before restoring everything, the error was showing up, so I did a full wipe and reflashed the rom again

Then everything was working fine until the titanium restore...

Sounds like your contacts database is corrupted somehow. Or, if it's a large database, it could just be slow loading it.

Can you see anything in the log (use aLogCat). Can you see contacts in other apps, like dialler or search?

If you have a backup of contacts in Gmail, then I'd re-sync that and avoid the backup/restore.

I have problem with poeple app on HTC Desire as well. When I open people app it just force closes, all my contacts are at phone memory and I cant transfare them to google without opening people app. any ideas?
