Hi!

I did a factory reset on my phone yesterday and I cannot edit the "Me" entry... (My profile)... If you select it it just says loading... and does nothing. If you long press to get the menu and you select edit it does nothing and if you select "Send my profile" it force closes!

Has anyone got any ideas?

Have you linked the phone to your facebook and facebook for HTC Sense accounts?

I had the same problem after a factory reset and the only way I found to fix it is to do another factory reset.

Thanks for the replies! Yes, I am linked into facebook on the contacts. Will try another reset at the weekend...
