A couple of days ago, the HTC People application crashed on my phone. I can get to random contacts, but can't get to others ... it just gives me an error "processcom.android.htccontacts has stopped unexpectedly.
I have tried unsyncing the Facebook app, removing the last app I downloaded (Google Apps) and rebooting several times.
Anyone know how I can get this fixed?
Plus, any advice on a good backup/restore software? I sync the phone with Exchange and for some reason, the HTC Sync software won't let me upload contacts from the phone to Exchange ... it only lets me sync, sending all my work contacts to my phone (which I don't need). And I'm doing something wrong to get it to sync to Google ... it will only send certain contacts e-mail addresses to my Google contacts.
