Help People can only hear me on speaker

When I make or receive calls I can hear them fine, but they can only hear me when I put them on speaker. Any fixes for this?

Back up your stuff and then do a factory reset. This will wipe your phone. If that doesn't solve the issue, then I suggest you take it in for repair as it may well be a hardware issue.

I know it's not what you want, but I don't see any other way to rule out a hardware problem. That's why I suggested a factory reset.
