Root Percentage with Stock Battery Icon

This was brought up a lot when the Inc was just released. Everyone pretty much said that we had to wait until we were rooted. But has anyone found a way to add the battery percentage on the stock battery icon at the top? I hate having to install an app and have another battery icon in the notification bar with this.

Agreed. The stock indicator looks the same from 100% to about 60% ...

You mean it adds a second battery icon in the notification bar? Or it replaces the stock battery icon?

im pretty sure it adds one as all other apps do... WE want one that puts a new one up not 2 we want only one

Definitely a good place to start. However, I had that same circle icon on my WinMo Omnia, and I'm not a huge fan (reminds me of the awful world of Windows Mobile). Hopefully if this can get ported over, it will open the doors for other icons

I would like to see this work on the incredible too, I also would like to see someone make new signal bars icon with 5 bars instead of 4 so it will showe more accurately like the app real signal. Has anyone tried any of the icons from the link posted from xda? Do any of them work in the Inc?

I'd take a battery indicator that just follows the charge vs having only a few. Seems like I have FULL 90, 50, 40 then it turns orange at 30 or there about.

I'd like it to track a little closer to actual charge.
