lol this my first time doing this but I think I might screw my phone up if I do the downgrade and the reason why I did the zvc update to stop the power cycle problem is their root for the zvc yet?

No root for ZVC yet and I had the power cycle problem and when I rooted and installed a new ROM and kernel it stopped I think it had something to do with the kernel being undervolted and I say this because if I use an undervolted kernel the power cycling happens again

It can if you put a lot of stress on it when its overclocked, but just because you have it clocked that high doesn't mean the processor will stay at that speed the whole time, it.changes depending on how much resources the task requires.
If you oc too high the phone will just reboot and then all you have to do is lower the speed a notch its not too dangerous
