Root Permission denied issues trying to root

I'm also getting the permission denied screen after 1.bat. I've reformatted the SD card so I know there are no files from previous root attempts. The card is blank. I tried the 2.bat approach. No dice. Any further suggestions are appreciated. I get through the adb.shell perfectly every time, but it will not write those files to the card.

OK this worked for me 100% at the permission denied portion of the process. I even unrooted my phone to test it. So after u run the 1.bat and everything get denied. On the phone hold vol up and power, at the next screen select the update zip option ( This will error out - its OK ) now what this does it causes the card to be recognized again. NOw just run the 1.bat and u should be fine.
