Help Persistent download icon in One S pull down menu - even with download over days ago

Hello,

In the pull down menu of my One S, there is this persistent download icon, it's just stuck there even though download completed days ago. On the top icon row of the phone, the animated download icon also shows, has been showing for days, even with no downloads.

Rebooting does not get rid of the icons. Does anyone know how to get rid of these? Your help is appreciated.

I'd go to Settings, Apps, All and look for the Downlads app, then stop it and clear its Cache and Data.

Thank you a lot for you help Harry. This fixed. It. I went to All, did a ForceStop on the Downloads app, Clear cache was greyed out, so I just rebooted the phone and it was fixed. Thank you!
