Personal assistant

Been using vlingo since i got my phone last month, and thought it was cool, but lately been a let down, si i tried jeannie and skyvi, so far theyre all kinda lame imo.
skyvi can do without the witty comebacks and the 2 times i told it to text"im on my way" it came back with a 4 sentence long response about robots..lame
vlingo i stilll find myself having to actually press confirmations to send and be done..could do better
jeannie..not very impressed..find myself having to yell for it to hear me sometimes.
anyone else using these apps or have better suggestions?

Vlingo is probably the best there is. Ive tried a couple, not really my thing just wanted to test them out, and Vlingo was probably the best.

Maybe I am misunderstanding you on what you want from the apps listed but if you are just looking for voice recognition, the stock install has been flawless for me, it gives you 4 options to choose from and you have to manually select it but it 99% of the time gets what I say right.

The voice-to-text on the standard SWYPE keyboard is great. But the voice dial program that comes with the phone is HORRIBLE. 9/10 it will bring up the wrong person in my address book.

If you're referring to a personal assistant similar to SIRI, I would try Iris or possibly SpeakToIt Assistant. I rather enjoy SpeakToIt, never tried Iris; but I thought about it.
