Help Personal Banner on Initial Screen?

Hello - I would like my name to come up on the first screen (the screen where you slide your finger to unlock the phone) so that if anyone found it, they would know who's phone it is. I have always done this on my other cell phone using the "banner" settings. Does anyone know if this can be done with the droid x? Thanks.

I haven't the foggiest idea where the banner is stored, but if you were interested, you could use Widget Locker and use any number of widgets that display text (or create an image or a wallpaper and display that) to show it.

Thanks. Can these widgets show the information on the locked screen or only on the screen after it is unlocked? I need something that will show my name on the screen before it is unlocked.

Right, that's what WidgetLocker does. It allows you to place widgets on the lock screen that can be used or will appear prior to the screen being unlocked.
