Personal Taxi Meter for Android?

Hi, i have seen this program fra iPhone called "Personal Taxi Meter" which calcutales distance, time and cost of the ride. So that you can say to, who ever that want a ride from you, that you will be charging them pr/mile or kilometer.

Is it possible to tweak this, or make it work on Android? Or do anyone want to make it? I have not seen it for Android yet.
