Once you pick the theme that you like, download the respective .zip files to your SD Card and flash them as you would any ROM.

If you are using SPR Recovery, you must rename them all to update.zip. If you are using Clockworkmod Recovery you can leave the file names as is.

Install the theme files before you install any of the add-ons such as the transparent dialers.

The exception is if you are downloading dock icons/backgrounds from that page. Those files need to be extracted and installed/applied individually.

Kernels are installed the same way you would install a ROM or a theme, install the .zip in recovery.
