I think people are mad because historically HTC devices have came with cases, headphones and memory cards. However I believe the Touch Pro 2 was the first phone to buck this trend. I would have just liked some headphones with a mic on them for the Hero. I have a few from past HTC devices but they all use the miniUSB port and I am not a fan of that.
