So I rooted yesterday and all is good. Installed odin and clockwork and did a nandroid backup and thats it. But the phone froze on me and went black while showing my wife something, so i had to take battery out. Than it went coo coo on me like switching screens really fast. For now its usable and getting occasional freezing but unfreezes on its own. Any suggestions as what should I do to fix this. In other words I'm ready for the next step to make it smoother and faster.

boot into clockwork recovery and wipe cache
if the issue still persists...you maybe to have do a data wipe/reset...but hopefully not

no just try hitting the menu button. Then to select im pretty sure its the back button
