Root Phone acting weird after changing to 32 Gig card.

I switched up the microSD card by select all copying to a laptop, then again copying to the new 32G card. I left the format/partion stuff at the default DOS.

I might go to a backup and do it again, but want to know more.

What file system is best for the SD Card?
Does having apps linked by the Link2SD app, mess up when changing cards?

you should try formatting the sdcard with cwm.

try deleting the .android_secure directory, temp directory (if any), LOST.DIR directory.
after, boot into cwm and clear cache partition and wipe dalvik cache and reboot.

let the phone sit at the lockscreen for about 10 minutes for the dalvik to rebuild.
